advice needed
if you knew someone in your office has put in a complaint to the labor union against your boss would you tell your boss.
I work in a very small company with only about 6 people in the office

No, way, no how.
If he filed a grievance with the Union, the Union may or may not process it. They are going to want to investigate it to determine if there is any merit before they contact your Employer. If you are a member of the union, and you report it to the boss ahead of time, the union may bring you up on internal union charges.
ETA: Having said that, I suppose you have a right to tell your boss, if you want to. I would imagine that if the union found out or if the other employees found out about it, they would consider you a tattle tale, for lack of a better word. But, you could do it, I suppose, if you felt that strongly about it.

i knew it would be hairy to get involved. But the only reason I was asking is because this person is bringing down the whole moral of the company and if she is planning on taking us all down I want to protect myself
