BBT in a.m.
I took my temp this a.m. and it seemed unusually low for this time of the month (97.2). So I retook it and it was 97.7. Then I took it again with a different thermometer and got 97.5. And then I took it once more with the BBT thermometer and got 97.5.
All within a 5 minute timespan. Do I use the first one, even though it's so low? It would normally be 97.8 or higher around now. And why would I get three diff. temps so close together?

The first temp is the waking temp....and that's what you need for charting.
