I wanna come...I have to find out what time I have to be at my BIL's for nephew's party though...if it's later in the day I might be able to make both.


ETA: ok b-day party is at 3pm..so if gtg is earlier on I can make it...if room is still available?...also I am coming from queens so I can pick up Ophelia on my way if it makes it easier...only problem is that I don't know how to install the car seat.

I know I haven't been on in a while (like since Teddy was born ), but I'd love to come to a GTG with you ladies. Poor Teddy needs some friends of his own age. If you still have room in your house Diana, we'd love to come!

This sounds like fun - I'd love to meet some other October moms! I see that you're already maxed out and I'm not sure if I can make it since I'm kind of far (Bklyn) but maybe next time! :)

I would have loved to get together with all the other October Mom's but we have Aidan's girlfriends 1st birthday party that day! LOL...Maybe when the weather gets warmer we can plan another get together and do a picnic or something....

I am rearranging my life for this gtg so I hope it's still on

Diana, are you still ok to pick me up at the train? if so, should I bring Luce in the bjorn type-carrier and put him in Tyler's car seat for the ride OR bring him in his car seat/snap and go?

it's far easier for me to wear him, but I am not sure if it's taboo and faux pax to use another child's seat (and if I am a heathen for this I apologize)

and I'd really like to bring something.

ETA: Luce also still has a slight cough, but it's due to post nasal drip and reflux...if anyone is uncomfortable with him being there with a cough, PLEASE let me know. I will not be offended in the slightest.

Joshua and I will be there! I do want to add however that Joshua will most likely not be his usual self as he's getting shots on Friday He's miserable for 2-3 days afterwards.

Oh, what type of "equipment" do you suggest I bring to keep him happy and contained - e.g. Bjorn, playmat, stroller? I ask bc I've seen how his stuff can easily take up our whole house!

As far as babygear I have a ton of stuff.

Jumperoo, Exercauser, playmat, swing, a bouncy, and the newborn to toddler rocker. Oh, and a bumbo seat. I think we're covered!

I will tell you, I'm going to get bagels, creamcheese etc. I'm going to make two quiches and a spinach pie.

If someone wants they can bring a fruit salad? And someone can bring a dessert? Other than that I think we are all good!
