So who else is going to work tomorrow?
I used a personal day today...My boss said if I want I can come in on Sat. to make it up, but i'd prefer not to and I really dont want to use anymore days...So I will for sure be going to work tomorrow. Who else?? I live right off the parkway so it hopefully wont be so bad, although I do have an hour commute.
ETA: I DO plan on taking my time getting to work tomorrow though...if I am late I am not going to stress over it. It just looks so nasty out and DH STILL has to shovel AGAIN in the AM and clean off our cars....AND get me gas!

Me...I'm only 10 mins away but my car is bad in the snow, I have rear wheel drive. I'm hoping we have a delayed opening!

Me. I took off today. But DH is home tomorrow and can help me get out of the driveway and into the driveway (which is my concern - not the driving part)
Friday is my last day of work but my boss is off Firday so tomorrow is my last day with her

idk what im going to do they havent plowed the complex and my dh doesnt want me going in. I have time to take.i work 25mins from my apt.

I'm going in. It's just a three block walk to the subway, then one stop to Grand Central and then I don't even have to go outside, there's an entrance to my building from Grand Central.
I tried to work from home today, but my laptop wouldn't connect and the tech support ppl weren't in.
I'm just annoyed that I have to lug my laptop in!

I'm here at work. I texted my boss to see if we had a delayed opening or anything and his response was to just leave myself extra time. Well I was here at 9am and he strolled in 2 mins ago. Real nice.

I had to come into today - we have 4 people that had taken off today and tomorrow earlier in the week so the 2 remaining girls in my department would kill me if I didn't show up. Hoepfully none of our clients are working today!

well i got up at 630 to look out side the complex still wasnt plowed and i looked at the street (live next to main road) and saw it looked like a sheet of ice, called work and to hear they were running on normal business hours. so went to sleep till 8am called my bosses cell and called out, she was like it is safer to just stay home. so here I am home.

I came in today, I'm the only girl here and there are like 3 other people, but I came in. My manager called me and said I could come in tomorrow instead since I'm usually off, but by that time my DH has shoveled me out and had my car running so how could I not go in after that!

I called in to tell them I would be a little late, and my HR person asked me why in the world I would bring DS and myself out. I asked how the roads were, she said not good enough for me to be on being pregnant. But she said it was my choice.
She strongly suggested I stay home and use my mommy instincts on this one, so I did. I'm home and got back in my PJ's.

The streets in the city are compeletly cleared. It looks like nothing fell here.
