looking for nice storage solution with lids
I want to organize the kids' toys, but DH wants containers with lid (he would take rubbermaid). I want something that looks nice.
have you seen anything? I've looked on BBB, PB, C&B, Land of Nod, Container Store....

Re: looking for nice storage solution with lids
Hi Erica - I know you specifically said lids but I'm throwing this out there anyway. I got this for T's room and it is terrific. Each bin holds so much more that you would imagine and it's so easy to organize. When the canvas bins are put away, it's the same as having lids IMO. We have 2 stacked on top of each other (bolted to wall) in her room and some spots hold stuff without being in the canvas bins as well. You could add onto them and make an entire wall if you were so inclined and they come in different colors (I have white) as well as many different color bins. If you are anal (or crafty ) you could add metal label holders with grommets to the fronts of them and put labels of what is in them.
ETA:
I'm having trouble with adding attachments and links but here are the links to the items. They're from Target

I looked at IKEA - but they only had red and black with a zip lid...dd I miss anyone?
Liz - those are the bins I wa thinking of. I have some from BBB, but they need replacing - I'll have to see if I can convince DH.
