I take the Up Up ones from target. It's the one that has two pills for everyday.

I took the one a day prenatals as well - they came with the DHA supplement as well. They seemed kind of pricey considering there is only a one month supply.
Now I am taking Rainbow Light (basically bc they were on sale at target - 50 pills). I also bought the GNC DHA supplement to take with it since my doc suggested that.
I think the most important thing to look for is 800mcg of Folic Acid.

DHA is beneficial for helping with fetal and infant brain and eye development. As this eMedTV article explains, there are many other benefits of DHA. For example, DHA supplements may also help lower triglycerides and increase "good" cholesterol comes with 1 a day prenatal bottle
