I went to A Support Groups and Courses

I went today at Cornell Fertility in nyc, they have a free Support Group every Tues monring 9-10. It was such a great experience and release of all my stress/emotions. I have my Second Opinion with them in a few weeks with a RE at their office. I am already thrilled with their support and programs they offer.

It was only a few women and then they usually have one or two phsyciologists who offer support. It was amazing to hear these other women speak and share their stories..who you can relate to.

Also they offer programs to couples for a smalll fee... LIke Stress Management/Coping class. For women with miscarriages or those going under IVF, to help cope with Stress and Anxiety.

I signed my husband and I up for the training course which is for 2hrs for $70.

I am looking forward to going back!!

I'm so glad you went and found it to be a good experience. They have support groups for a reason. It's easier and listen to people who have been through what you have.

It's definitely stressful so it will be a good hting for you and DH. I'm glad he agreed to go with you!

Thats great glad you feel better i wish i could take advantage of that but those are early hours...

I love Cornell - their doctors are outstanding..I actually want to use their doctors next time around if necessary they were so nice

I am so glad it went well... I was going to fm you but have been playing phone tag with my friend. Do you think anyone can take the $70 class or do we have to go to cornell?
