Clomid question?
If you take Clomid, what is the deal about only being able to take if for X amount of times because of your lining? I'm leaning more towards Femara, but just wanted to get all of the info first. Thanks!

Re: Clomid question?
Clomid thins the lining of your uterus over time which is a problem if you're trying to get pregnant or sustain a pregnancy. Because of this doctors limit you to a 12 cycle lifetime max of Clomid.

Ditto!
After Clomid, I went to Gonal-F injections instead of Femara... that is another option.

Re: Clomid question?
Thanks!
I'm writing these options down to discuss with my Dr. at my appt. on 3/18.
I'm pretty sure that Endo may affect my lining, (not sure?), so Clomid may not be the right choice? I'll have to ask her about the other 2 options. I only asked about Clomid a couple of months ago.

Wow, I never knew that. See you learn something new every day thanks ladies
I've been on Clomid now for 6 months but my new infertility doc just took me off.

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose not to take femara? TIA!
