woohoo! can't wait for outdoor workouts!
next month i'm kicking off an outdoor workout group on the weekends and i can't wait! i like hitting up the gym.. but i LOVE working out outside. time just goes so much faster and i'm hoping to get a big group so we can have a blast while sweating our boo-tays off!
YAY for outdoor workouts!

they will kick off in wantagh (at a park) and include everything frrom sprints, to walking lunges to traveling push ups, core work, yoga stretches... everything! it's a full cardio/strength workout. its fun! i had a girlfriend of mine run through it and she liked it so it'll be even more fun with lots of people.
