I had twin a vaginally, b was a c-section. But since your babies are head down I would still recommend that you try for the vaginal birth, it's just so much easier on your body. I really hated the csection recovery. I know that a few moms on here delivered vaginally so I know it can be done.

I agree if they are head down, you should go for the vaginal delivery. I had a c-section because both my girls were breech and I had a very hard recovery also.

I had them both vaginally - both were head down, no complications.

My twins were both breech so I had to have a c/s, but had they both been head down I def would have tried to deliver vaginally.

I really, really wanted to but I ended up with an emergency c section due to preeclampsia. My DR did say that I could try for a vaginal birth as long as A was head down. B didn't matter they could pull him out by his feetChat Icon
