had to share this story of my bff's 4 year old
so my bff's 4 year old is about the only kid i can be around for more than 5 minutes. she's very mature and adorable.
yesterday the two of them came by. she used to play with my pet bunny, but he passed in december and she hasn't been to my house since then and didn't know. i didn't tell her, but when she realized he wasn't there, and asked where he was, I told her he went to live on a big farm in Florida. I just could't bring myself to tell her the truth because i'd probably start bawling.
Anyway her mom had bought her a stuffed puppy at our st patty's parade yesterday. when they were about to leave, she gives me the toy and says 'i'm giving this to you because you don't have Henry anymore". I nearly lost it and couldn't believe this 4 year old saying this. what a kid. again nearly bawled. just had to share.
