Long weekend to Napa
My BFF and I were discussing doing a girls weekend to Napa. Who's been? Where do we stay? We want a relaxing weekend like spa type stuff so no San Francisco (we've both been before and don't want to tour the city). Do we fly into San Fran?

I love it there!!! Well it's Sonoma, but close enough... we stayed at the Fairmont Mission Inn Sonoma. The spa is AMAZING!
I guess you could fly closer.. if not Napa or Sonoma, maybe Sausalito, but we flew into SF - only because we were coming from Hawaii. Probably more flights/options flying into SF anyway.

Neither Sonoma nor Napa have airports (if they do, it would be for small private planes!) and both are about 45 minutes north of either San Fran airport or Oakland. We always fly to Oakland--Jet Blue flies there directly and prices are usually cheaper than SFO. Love Sonoma (IMHO much more laid back and relaxed than Napa.) Enjoy!
