My boss made a speech today
at a Women's leadership meeting.
When someone asked her how she handles all of her responsbilities and her calendar she called out my name!!! I wasn't in the room (thankfully) She mentioned that I'm the reason I keep her on track more or less.
Wow!!!! To about 200 people in the room...she mentions me. NEver in my whole career has this happened.
I'm still totally blown away. She rarely compliments me or offers me pats on the back. I know she appreciates me, but this seals the deal.
