going to school

so I was thinking of going to school or at least getting a cert in Travel and Tourism to work for or become a travel agent. ANy advice out there?

something i did before commiting to a grad program was talk to people who had gone through a program in that field themselves and asked them tons of questions about the program, classes, what they needed to do after graduation to break into the field, what i should do during school - internships? volunteer? focus on coursework only?
