Please help me out with this
So..I was able to get tickts for spamalot for FH
FEBRUARY 18, 2006! and they're not even orchestra. 8th row of the mezzanine was the best I could do.
The question is, should I ive them as a britday gift (surprise..we're going to see spamalot in 8mos!) or save them for a christmas/ valentine's day gift?
And if I save them what can I get FH for his birthday?

yeah that's what I figured. But now I'm out over $200 with no birthdya' anniversary gift for FH (anniversary is june 19, birthday is june 26). Any ideas

well then give him the tickets now for his birthday and for your anniversary maybe you can make him a special dinner or something...if you know how to cook...

I don't know what you guys usually spend for v-day, but to me, show tix are a lot. I would probably give them to him for Chanukah, since it's closer. Two months away is not so bad. However, if you are concerned about the money you have available to spend right now, I would give him the tix for his b-day, and he'll deal with waiting. That way you don't spend money on two gifts at one time.

Yeah, DH knows that spamalot is his b-day present for next year, and I informed him that as a result, Chanukah is going to be VERY small!!

I would do them as a Christmas gift...Big $$ that you won't have to spend a Christmas time. Or like the others said give them as a birthday gift...but this is the date....You can then go to dinner to incorporate the Valentines day gift.
