How many IUIs did it take to get a BFP?

If you didn't get a BFP with an IUI, how many did you get before moving forward with a different protocol?

I had 3 iui's (clomid) and our third was a success. If the last one hadn't been a success we would have moved onto IVF.

We had one cycle of IUI after 3 cylces of Clomid.

My daughter is pregnant with just 1 IUI and no meds.

i had 3 IUI's.. none of them took.. then i got PG 1st round of IVF

5 IUI's.

3 with my regular OB before switching to an RE.

2 with the RE, although after the first IUI with him, we already knew we were going to IVF, but did another IUI so not to "waste" another cycle waiting to start the IVF protocol.

I was very lucky and was successful with the first IUI with clomid. I am now 27 weeks pregnant!

Never took clomid.

Got pregnant with twins on seceond round of IUI with injectable medicine.

for DD1: second round, they were b2b
for DD2: didn't need help!

I had one unmedicated IUI and got preggo the first time! I still can't believe it.

I had 2 back to back within 2 days. It worked.

We just finished our second medicated IUI cycle which is most likely a negative... so we'll be moving onto our 3rd medicated IUI soon.

We were so lucky! We got our BFP after our first medicated (Gonal-F injections) IUI!

I had one round of unmedicated IUI and two rounds of IUI with Clomid. I got pregnant on the second round with Clomid.

I got preg on my 2nd (1st with clomid) and 3rd (2nd w/ clomid) IUI's

I had 1 medicated IUI with Femera and got PG.

With my DD we had one egg, one IUI, and 10 days later........BFP!!

We've been TTC #2 now and our first IUI didn't work (and I had 4 mature, healthy follies) and then our second IUI did work and we got a BFP but the pregnancy ended up not being viable and I miscarried. So now we're back to square one TTC again.

EDIT - With my the only meds I was taking was the Metformin. With the other two IUI's TTC #2 I was on the Metformin, Clomid, and estrogen for the 2nd IUI.

I had 1 IUI with 50 mg of clomid and an ovidrel trigger. We got pg on the first try.

I got pregnant on the first IUI and miscarried, then got pregnant with my twins the second IUI.

Baby #1

#1 was a bust
#2 worked but was a chemical
#3 worked but an m/c
#4 was a bust
#5 resulted in Abby

Baby #2

#1 worked but ended as a result of Trisomy 16 and I needed a D and C

#2 was a bust
#3 worked and I am due in September

All were unmedicated. I will be 40 when deliver baby #2. I was 38 with Abby.

I got pg with DD after my first medicated IUI (after a year of trying with no success). DC#2 was conceived naturally the month BEFORE we were going to start trying.

I had 2 medicated IUI cycles and currently moving onto my 3rd... For both IUIs I have done so far, I was on femara and injections...

Hopefully 3rd times a charm!! I never imagined it being this frustrating!!
