Thank You, JESUS.....UPDATE....
I applied for a job at the hospital, and I had and interview last Tuesday, and they called today and I got the job, but I am only able to give my present employer a 10 day notice. I have been with them for 6yrs. today my ADON said to me so how was your interview? I was surprised, she caught me off guard, and I said I think it went well but I have not heard anything yet. well I get home today and got my call. I am giving up my 102 hrs of vacation and 3 personal days. all 6:00am - 2:00pm but what I am getting at the hospital out weighs any of this. plus I will now finally have a pension, all I have now is a 401k. and that should roll over. please wish me luck at my new job, and pray my present employer will understand the short notice. although I know there going to be P*SSED AT ME..UPDATE:
I started my oreintation on Monday at the hospital, and so far I love my new job... it is nothing like the nursing home. I am just sooo happy.. Thank's for letting me share my excitement.
