This is 2010, your Mom Realitive, Family or Friend that has a RE License to sell doesn't make them the best choice for you. You are paying good money and for what?
Real Estate is more than just selling or showing you houses. It is taking care of the buyers and sellers needs. How much is that worth?

I feel sick and upset for everyone that said it was awful because it never, ever should be. It is all in the details.
