OPK's

ok so last month was not our month-- but hopefully it will be-- anyway I was just wondering if you all have heard good things about OPK's.. do they have a high success rate? I did buy one the other day however, I am worried that if i use it -- I won;t get pregnant anyway because I am stressing about it too much... AGHHHH I need halp--- all of myfriends (none of whom has suffered a miscarriage) say it will happen and i have to relax-- RELAX???? honestly I can't for a second figure out how to not think about getting pregnant every second of every day-- -any suggestions are welcome. thanks guys although we don't know one another personally I feel that we all have an automatic bond!

I hate that answer! that is the least helpful thing ever. No matter what you do, whether you do OPK's or not, you probably know how your body runs by now, so I have tried it all which ways...OPK's, the whatever approach and in the end it didn't matter. It's hard to tell someone to realx when they want something so bad.
Even when I wasn't trying I could feel when I'd O so I would think about it, then I'd know when I was supposed to get AF and I would think about it...
I found OPK's good to at least feel like I was doing something. It made me feel better...

I think it can be helpful to use the OPK's if your not sure when you Ovulate. It just depends on your personality. I know for me all the tests def add more stress and some months I would just want to TTC without all the testing and timed BD.

I also swear by Deanna's Plan. It's a lot of BD'ing but as long as you can follow it you really do cover all bases.
