Sinus medication- over the counter
I have bad sinus pressure. I tried a sinus rinse, and it worked twice, and then made things worse.
I am going to try a pill before I go to the doctor. Any recommendations? I just need something that WON'T make me sleepy.

sudafed works well for me.
and i think DH just bought sudafed headache which he said helped him alot.

I use Advil Cold and Sinus (Target's generic actually) for everything. It is the ONLY thing that takes care of my migraines, menstral cramps, sinus headaches.

Advil Cold and Sinus! Its the best.
Sudafed is second best.

I use the Tylenol severe sinus. It comes in a green package. I never feel the slightest bit drowsy. I took it this morning - the past few weeks my sinuses pressure has been through the roof.
I hope you feel better. I can relate to how miserable a sinus headache can make you.

sudafed-but make sure you get the real stuff from behind the counter, not the ones on the shelves.
you need to show your license and sign for it at the pharmacy.
the stuff from the shelves won't help you.
