So then, what temp agencies ARE good?

Things are getting desperate here. As much as I want to get another full time job, one that I will love, instead of a job because I need money (like the one i have now) I just am not finding anything. I don't want another AA type job - at least not a perm one.

I have always had great luck w/temp agencies, but you mgiht have read in the other thread, my last experience was really bad. I then got the job I had now, so in the end, it didn't really matter.

So, ARE there any reliable temp agencies that actually have jobs and can actually get me one? I'll even take another AA job as long as it was temp. I'd have to give 2 weeks notice to this job, would that be a problem?

I wish I could help but my dh has gone to Greystone and Randstad and he has been offered nothing. They are very willing to get you in to fill out paperwork but never call you back.
He is having a hard time finding a job too. He applies, fills out application, goes on interviews, nothing. There are TOO many people looking at the same time.

I used Greystone. I think you have to call and follow up a lot if you want constant work.
