We're gonna get killed!
haha. I have this forum for Chinese Cresteds (yes, I'm a loser, I'm aware!) and me and my friend met some girl on it.
She invited us to her house oin the Hamptons n Monday. .... and we're going! Tell me we're not going to get killed! 
I dont understnad why I myself in these situations!
But at least our dogs will have fun!

i KNOW! but i was just talkign to my friend and we feel bad b/c we agreed to go. (of course we were under the influence of alcohol when we agreed).... but yeah. so i just called the girl and she SOUNDS sane!

Tell everyone you know where you are going.
Make sure FH and at least one other person knows the address you will be staying at.
Have people call you periodically to make sure you are ok.
I'm meeting some internet friends in Las Vegas next year- so I kow where you're coming from!

Be very careful! I once joined a book club with other people I'd met online and the organizer ended up being a total nutso. Not dangerous physically, but she and someone she became tight with did some terrible things to another girl in the group.

how many of us here on LIW/ LIF have met someone they do not know but met on the site......
it should be fine just as the others said tell your DH where you are going, etc.

well i guess b/c i only "met" her a couple of weeks ago ... but mostly b/c its her house.
but i'mjust joking anyway, i'm sure itll be fun.
my friends going with her Crestie too. we're taking teh trian out together.
its such a long ride though. im gonna kill myself!
