Need help/ideas with decorating cookies?
Im making butter cookies with marshmellow fondant for my daughters birthday as part of the favor. I was going to outline on top of the fondant with icing. Then put it in a clear plastic favor bag. What type of icing can i use that will harden and not get messy while in the bag? Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

if you want, you can use egg whites instead of meringue powder
