Wilton brand wafers are sold at Michaels & AC moores.
There was a chocolate store on Jericho Turnpike about 2 blocks west of New Hyde Park Road - they were really good I am just not sure if they are still there.

There is a candy store on Wantagh Ave in Wantagh. It is located between Sunrise and Merrick Road.
