Ouch...but, YAY!
SO I am really trying to kick my butt into high gear before I leave for vacation. I'm not expecting miracles, but I want to be able to walk around a lot without feeling like I might die. So yesterday the pup and I did walk 2 miles!
I'm a little tired, and a little sore but WILL try to do it again tonight.
(Maybe without the dog, because dog pace is...walk, walk, stop and sniff, walkwalkwalk, stop and pee.)

great job!
i know what you mean... walking with my dog is a lot more difficult. I would def try again tonight without the dog. Maybe rotate 1 night with ... next night without. That way every other night you get a little extra push.
