ADHD- what are signs of it when they are young?

ADHD- what are signs of it when they are young?
DS is 4 and when he was initially evaluated for his school when he was turning 3 he was found to not be on the spectrum but could potentially have ADHD in his future.
What are some signs when they are young? DS doesn't seem to have the hyperactivity part of it, but I'm not sure of anything else.

We are sort of in the process of this as well. DS is 3.
DS is not super hyper either. He can be impulsive, need redirection often, jump inbetween activities often (he'll be playing with blocks one minute and than jump to a new activity).
We just took him to Thomas the Train and Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster and honestly he was great. Waited in line although he occasionally would get alittle antsy, with a little redirection he was fine. He also will sit at a movie theatre and watch a movie.

My dd was very hyper, more than the average child she was in daycare with.
Her pre-school teacher, when she was 4 believed she was ADHD but said she could not give a diagnosis that early.
Her kindergarten teacher knew she had it and by 1st grade, she was on meds.
