prenatal vitamins...
Next month I am going to the GYn for a complete physical. Dh and I are going to TTC this summer. Anyway my question is.... should I start taking prenatal vitamins while ttc or after getting pregnant??

start now! I've been told that we could of started way before we had a thought about TTC. I should of started in my early twenties.
