Re: butt cheek pain (TMI)
OMG! I am so glad that you posted this. I have been having the same thing for the past three days. I thought that I overdid it exercising. I didn't realize it could be from being pregnant. The first day it was so bad I couldn't turn over from one side to the other.

Re: butt cheek pain (TMI)
I had this for 3 weeks during the second trimester.
It sucked. Either the baby moved and it stopped the pain or it was the fact I stopped carrying my laptop back and forth from work.
There is hope it may clear up before you deliver.

Re: butt cheek pain (TMI)
It could als be PPP (posterior pelvic pain I think?) from your pelvis moving all around and changing, I had it deep in my butt cheek pretty early on (in the teens i think?) but it went away after a few days.

Re: butt cheek pain (TMI)
I just posted this on another thread but I thought I had sciatica and I have pitiformis syndrome - it's a muscle in your butt - the sciatic nerve goes through it. I was in TERRIBLE pain all week and I went to a chiropractor and I feel a million times better. Here's the chiropractor I went to - she's a vendor on here and she's incredible! Link
