yoga on the beach

I was at sunken meadow this past Saturday and saw a Yoga class going. It must have been around 8:30 or early. Anyone have information on this? I called Sunken Meadow but they couldn't tell me anything.

Check with the Town of Smithtown (???)

The town of Babylon rec department runs it on Cedar Beach and Smithtown may do the same @ Sunken Meadow.

Hi, I teach yoga at Tobay Beach once in a while. I will be teaching this Friday night August 6th at 6:30pm. "Dry Only". Hoping for live music. You will find us on the ocean side, go through the east most tunnel.

Thanks everyone. I'll check with the town of Smithtown (Sunken Meadow doesn't seem to know anything about it). I'm on the north shore so this would work best.

PS I'm a yoga teacher and there is a Sunday 7:30 am class (go to www.theblissstudio for more info) at Teddy Roosevelt Beach in Oyster Bay. I taught it all last summer. :) Not tchng it this year, but it's good!

The one at Sunken Meadow my friend Kathleen teaches. It's on the boardwalk. The Oyster Bay one is on the actual beach. Bring a towel and a yoga mat you don't mind getting icky.
