I know that girls here have poas as early as 8dpo and got a bfp, other girls didn't get a bfp till 12dpo - it varies for each person
I think the best thing is to wait for af to be late (but let's be honest - it isn't that easy to do!! )

i got my bfp at 9dpo after seeing a reallyyyyyyyyyyyy faint faint line the day before.

I did 10DPO and got the faintest of faint line, then day 12 and the same thing, then 14DPO and it was clear as day! Good luck!
