Lowfat Desert Ideas?
I need to make a lowfat desert for Girls Night In with my friends tonight.
Any suggestions for something easy and low fat/cal?
Thanks.

Re: Lowfat Desert Ideas?
I like to make this...it's quick and easy.
Buy the ready made graham cracker crust and Jello's Oreo Mix (it's next to the puddings). Mix it with lowfat milk or fat free milk and pour into the crust. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes and serve...it's oh so yummy.

Re: Lowfat Desert Ideas?
I'm always happy with strawberries and cool whip lite.
Angel food is delicious and low-fat, but high in sugar.

Entenmans makes a lowfat pound cake. You can slice that in 1/2 and put fresh stawberries and fat free cool whip in the middle.

Re: Lowfat Desert Ideas?
I made this once or twice...SUPER easy. But obviously you must like peanut butter.
Peanut Butter Dip ½ cup vanilla yogurt ½ cup peanut butter (can use fat-free/low-fat) ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Combine together and serve with fruit (i.e. apples, pears), veggies, pretzels, etc.

What else can I dip in this...besides fruit? Any kind of cookie or something????
Sounds yummy!

Re: Lowfat Desert Ideas?
Didn't even think about cookies...but you could dip oreos in it, or anything real chocolatey, and it would probably taste close to a Peanut Butter Cup
