6th St. is in East Northport, not Northport so there shouldn't be any Village taxes. I don't think that is right. I was just looking at the $4300 state taxes.
Oh yeah that 2 car garage is gonna make someone every happy!!
Kara - no site like Nassau BUT there is a site that may help you, let me go look for it.

Re: E. Northport Ranch $389k
It looks like a great house -- DH would LOVE more property, and a 2-car garage....my only problem is the commute for him. I think it is much longer than where we are now (Wantagh).
I am going to show it to him tho...
here's a topo...can't get any closer tho!! Image Attachment(s):

Kara, the commute really isn't bad, I do it every day. I get a 7:34 express train from the Northport/E.Northport train station (which is about 5-10 mins from this house that is for sale) and I'm in NYC by 8:45-ish. It's about an hour when you get the express train - and the trains are the nice double decker trains.

No. There are no add'l village taxes - as the space is blank. The "Total Value" should be disregarded. I don't know why they put that there, it only confuses people. The Taxes are $4372.46 - and will probably go down $800-1k with STAR.
Yes, I'd say those are low taxes.
Cute house...
