Woops... posted without writing....

So I had my first trimester screening today... The baby looked good, but the doctor came in and looked at me again... he said my placenta was a little on the bigger side and he wants to see me again in 4 weeks... (im 11w 5d today)
has anyone had this happen to them? should I be concerned? The doctor didn't really leave me with any kind of impression....
