Do you bleed after a natural mc?

It depends on how far along you were.
I had a natural miscarriage at 8 weeks and I bled for a week after I actually passed everything, but I had bled lightly for 2 weeks before.

I began spotting and it got increasingly heavier until day 3 when I passed the embryo. I then bled heavily for days 4-7 and spotted after that until day 11.
The most bleeding and worst cramps were days 3-6.

I only spotted for a few days. And I had hardly any spotting after the first day. Most of bleeding happened the day of the miscarriage when I passed the baby. I had some spotting the next day and then almost nothing after that. I guess in that regard I was "lucky". I was 10 weeks but the baby was only measuring 6 weeks.

Thanks girls. I was only about 4.5 weeks i am done bleeding now. Another how do you know if you passed it? Gross i know but i think i did but not 100%.

Did you pass any clots? I had some clots, didn't look like tissue but def clots...UGH..I'm basically done as well!!!!

Yes, but like normal period clots nothing out of the ordinary.

Yup me too...so honestly bc we were both so early I'm assuming we wouldn't have even notice passing it...
