Can someone help me find...
Something to wear under a dress that will help minimize the thigh rub? I don't want the maternity spanx because I don't need the coverage or shaping in the belly area as much as I need something thin and comfortable that will help with the uncomfy sweat and rubbing down there!

I feel like my mom told me that putting corn starch between your legs when you're getting ready in the morning prevents the thigh-rubbing from hurting...it's worth a try?

i wore a lot of dresses when I was PG - always wore bike shorts underneath. I bought them @ oldnavy.com

I just saw a commercial for lanacane anti chafing cream.... I would just ask your doctor if you can use it?

Thanks everyone!!
I think im going to buy a pair of lululemon bike shorts...they look really soft and comfortable. I think I want the anti chaffing effect and the coverage...I feel too naked in dresses for some reason  I know I am officially crazy!!
