Is anyone having problems with Cablevision?
It keeps going in and out. VERY ANNOYING!

not an in and out issue, but i noticed today my bill was high. they are charging me for services i cancelled back in march...
on hold...delays.....ugh...

I always have problems with my dvr. They've changed our box like 5 times in a year. I do have trouble with certain channels "freezing" too.

I had one channel freeze earlier & I had the box freeze while I was trying to change the channel. As in I was trying to get 123, but it froze after the 2 so I was only able to get channel 12. Then becuase I pressed the 3 more than once I got the ??? because I entered 3333. I feel like my cable bill is money well spent

My picture starts to shake and then I have to go and unplug the box and plug it back in. This happens every other day. we have tried everything but nothing helps.

I always have the same issue with Cablevision. I am getting so annoyed at them. I would of left them a long time ago if I had Verizon Fios.

the sound always goes out when I start on channel 61 and switch to any HD channel. It's so annoying!
I would switch to Verizon in a heartbeat but our Apt complex is all wired for Cablevision.

Last night we had no problems but we used to have this issue all the time. 
After countless phone calls, repair appoitnments & new boxes, DH had the repair guy go on the roof to see what the issue was. Turns out the cable lines where completely ruined by water damage. DH had the tech replace all the outside lines & all the lines in the house. Everything works much better.
