Question
Im totally  about asking this but here goes...
is it normal after you pee and wipe to see this gooey yellowy discharge on the TP lets just pretend im asking this question for a friend

Totally normal and it only gets worse 
It's funny though, had it almost my entire pregnancy and now at 38wks I noticed it's pretty much gone.
Pantyliners are going to be your best friend
