Lady at the post office
please try to keep your kids under control. I know children have a tendency to wander, but please don't allow them to goof around in such a tight space.
I almost tripped b/c these two little girls were playing on the floor right next to my feet while I'm at the counter paying.

I saw the same thing on the train the other day... this little girl (maybe 3 or 4 years old) kept getting up, spinning around, screaming, even took off her shoes and was throwing them across the subway car! The mother did NOTHING and just looked up occasionally & smiled at the girl. Didn't even make an effort to control her at all. The other passengers on the train even intervened, one woman told the girl "Why don't you go and sit nice and quiet by your Mommy?" but the girl just went on acting wild while her mother sat there texting on her phone. UGH.
