Cinco de Mayo Recipes

We are going to have a Cinco de Mayo party on Friday night! Any reason to Drink & Eat and have fun! I have a few things to make! I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes for me to try! TIA!

Taco salad

cream cheese
chili
Shredded mexican cheese

Put cream cheese on the bottom
Then the chili on top of that

Then Shredded cheese

Put in the oven until golden brown

serve with tortilla chips! So yummy

Chili Dip- its so easy!

Take an 8oz package of cream cheese and spread it on the bottom of any circular pan (i use a pyrex pie pan). Take a jar of already made chilli (hormel makes a good one- and i usually use the larger of the 2 sizes)- and pour it on top of the cream cheese. Take shredded chedder cheese and sprinkle it on the top- and put the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees for like 20 mins (or until bubbling). Serve with tortilla chips. It is sooooooooooooooo good and really really easy!
