I think most of the maternity stuff you can only exchange/ return through the mail. It should say it in the item description on the page under "About this product"

It will say it on the packing slip. I just ordered jeans that I had to send back cause it said mail return only.

Everything I have ordered from them has fit perfect. Order your pre-pregnancy size. I was a 4 before I got pregnant so I keep ordering that or a small and so far everything has fit great. Also read the reviews...seems like if something tends to run big/small all the reviews will say that.
If you do have to return something - if you open up the package that the original purchase comes in correctly then you can reuse that bag to send it back.

I have had to return to Old Navy by mail before and it couldn't be easier! You can reuse the bag it comes in and print a mailing label online, drop it off at a UPS shipping store and that's it. You do have to pay for the shipping, but they take the cost off the amount refunded - I think it was like 5 dollars or something...very easy!
