Re: if you have a 6 month old.
7:30am 7 oz bottle 8:30am Breakfast 9:00am Nap (about 1 hour) 12:00pm 7 oz bottle 1:00pm Lunch 4oz 2:00 pm Nap (about 2 hours) 4:00pm 7 oz bottle 5:00pm Dinner 4oz 8:00pm bottle 9oz Bedtime
Breakfast: yogurt maybe with veggie/fruit, a few puffs for practice
Lunch: veggie with or w/o fruit, and 1/2 cheese square (American, Swiss, Provolone, or the like)
Dinner: veggie with or w/o fruit, with meat and 1/2 cheese square (American, Swiss, Provolone, or the like), a few puffs
I offer a little more than DS usually takes, he's been doing less and less formula, and wanting more solids. He likes his food somewhere between stage 2 and 3 texture. I make almost everything myself.
Our ped encouraged us to start meat and cheeses. We already introduced wheat and pasta, even though our ped wanted us to wait till 7m.

breakfast- cereal and fruit, small pieces of waffle/pancakes, cereal bars, puffs or cheerios lunch- yogurt, cereal and fruit/veggie, soup (with veggies and small pasta), whole weat toast with melted american cheese dinner- pastina, cereal and fruit/veggies, steamed veggies, small pieces of whatever we're eating, cut up cheese

I am amazed he is eating so much table food! We are sooo behind - just started solids a few weeks ago!
DD is 7 months old but as of today we started this: 7:30/8 am - 6 ox bottle and 2 tablespoons of cereal
11:30/12:00 - 6 oz bottle and jar of fruit
3/3:30 - 6 oz bottle and jar of veggies
6?30 pm - 7 oz bottle
