I have a few but not sure what folders they are in. they are sooooooo cute on little girls.
Sometimes I match them to their outfits and sometimes they are mismatch and it looks even cuter.
they wear them over legging pants or with a skirt or dress. When it's cold outside they wear regular tights and then I put the legwarmers over it and srunch them up.
esty should be more of a help than I was.
