Early AM Poo Explosions---What to do?
So, DD consistently poops early in the AM and this is her one poop a day now. Thing is, after being in her diaper all night (she STTN), when she does wake up and poop, it completely leaks out of the back of her diaper...like, every morning, ruining the pajamas she is in.
I don't know what to do.
Should I wake up around 4 or so and change her diaper while she is still sleeping? Should I change brands?
Right now we use Pampers Cruisers. Would an overnight diaper be better? Do they make overnights in stage 3? Is Dry Max better?
Is there anything I can do feeding-wise to alter her pooping pattern?
I do believe this early morning poop is what is waking her up. I am curious if she is in a drier diaper and poops, would she sleep through it better?

Re: Early AM Poo Explosions---What to do?
I would go up in size for overnight, some other things people have said to do is to wear normal size and then a bigger size over it.
IDK how you old your DC is, but if you started solids, you can try a little rice in eve/afternoon, and then in the morning give some prunes to help them go in the mid day.
When we started solids I noticed rice and banana would make him so constipated, and prunes make him go in like a few hours.

DD is 6 months. I will try to switch around the cereal and jarred food to see if that helps.
I really think if she pooped during the day, she might sleep later at night.
She is in stage 3 diapers. Would stage 4 overnights be too big??

Definately switch to an overnight diaper. We started using Huggies Overnights and it made a world of a difference. No leaks now.
