That dress is totally the wrong color. It might not be so bad if it were in black. I mean it is a little low-cut for my taste anyway, though. But like someone else said, very Little Mermaid-ish!

IMO, you don't have both a plunging neckline and a short skirt on a dress. Looks trashy. Plus, she looks uncomfortable.
