I am so new at this... and have so many ?s

I finished my first cycle of clomid and went last night for a sono to measure my follicles. I have to go back tomorrow to see if any are big enough to become a "dominant follicle." I am excited, but feel like none of this could possibly work the first time around. Anyone have any good experiences with clomid or advice?

How's everything going with the monitoring ? What size are those follies ?

Clomid has a great chance of working fairly quickly. In fact, if clomid doesn't help in 3 cycles...a lot of doctors won't continue it's use.

Thanks for the pep talk! My follicles are too small, so I will try again with a higher dose. I am trying to not expect that much success right now and to hope for the best. Thanks!
