Can someone recommend an orthopedic specializing in knees??
I've had a horrible pain in my knee for a month now. i thought it would go away on its own but it's getting worse! i have a great orthopedic, but he only works on the spine. can anyone recommend someone in nassau that specializes in knees?? TIA!

you sound like dh! he got refereed to a island orthopedic in massapequa-didn't go there yet. hes been dealing with his reg dr which i think is a waste of time. feel better!http://www.iosmpc.com/

how long do you have to wait to get an appointment. i have to see if they have night hours. can you please tell me how you like him? ty

they would have gotten me in this thursday morning, but i need evening. so i got nov 8th. only 2 weeks. not bad. ill let you know!

Dr. Rose in Great Neck is a very well known surgeon. I believe he does the Islanders and Regis Philbin (or Gelman).

I would recommend Dr. Alpert in Huntington or Dr. Corso in Woodbury (or Syosset maybe).
