OB question
Hi there! I'm new on here... currently 9 1/2 weeks pregnant and thinking about switching OBs.
I just started going to this doctor after trying to find one that was near my husband's job (Garden City) but that delivers at South Nassau. I've now found out that Wintrhop is his primary hospital, and they can't guarentee me South Nassau.... I'm also not 100% sure I am liking it there or his office staff all that much....
Anyhow... thought this might be a good place to ask for advice for a good OB that delivers at South Nassau...
Any suggestions?
Thanks! Michelle

Re: OB question
Both hospitals have good reputations, and IMO I wouldn't switch OBs because the receptionists are snooty. They're not delivering the baby!
I used to go to Dr. Polina Kagan in Oceanside. She delivers in South Nassau.

Garden City OB/GYN.

I use their Massapequa office. I am almost 15 weeks and have only seen Dr. Beldesesky. She is wonderful.
ETA - They are affiliated with LIF (Plainview) and Winthrop.
