UGH-stupid mistakes
I've been making some careless ones..
it effects others and it's making it hard for one person in particular.
I'm really not trying to hurt this person but it seems that's where it hits the hardest.
I need to get my head together and stop doing this.
How do you fix the stupid mistakes..missing some of the details..etc..?

Re: UGH-stupid mistakes
As much as you can in a fast-paced environment: - try to do one thing at a time and devote your full attention to that one thing.
- before you start something, make a checklist of all things that need to be addressed. When you're done, physically check the items on the list to make sure you covered it all.
- print and read an e-mail on paper before pressing send
- ask a peer to eyeball your work
- if you're working on some sort of documentation that had many types of details, review the piece several times over while looking for a different thing each time. For example, first read for technical accuracy, then read to check math, then read for visual errors, then look for typos.
