I have a garment rack that I bought at Linens and things before it went out of business... I use it for laundry

Not sure if that's what you were looking for but if you google "garment racks" you'll get a ton of hits.

I just picked two up from Target. They have a few to pick from.
I did see Ikea has 2 different ones too.

I have two that I put in my attic and hang my out of season stuff.
Really heavy duty.

I googled Commercial Clothing Racks - a bunch of listings came up.
250 pound capacity - it's normally $65 but it's on sale for $45.

Loehmans in Rego Park, Queens is closing that location and they are selling everything, including store fixtures.
You might want to call them and see if they have any...
