OMG just saw the most disturbing thing and I didn't know what to do
I was driving and I saw a woman trying to fling a dead cat over the fence of a sump - I don't know if she hit it and was trying to get rid of it or if it was her pet, or what... How could anyone do that???
I wanted to get out and start yelling at her but I had my kids in the car. I was so upset I actually had pull over when I realized what she was doing. At first I thought it was a bag of garbage and was shaking my head that she was dumping garbage and then realized to my horror it was a cat.

WEIRD!!! Did you take down her plate or something? I would have confronted her even with DD in the car. That's how upset I would have been. What can you really do now? Not too much, esp if you didn't write down her info. But I don't blame you for being upset and not knowing what to do.  Actually you could have called the police re NO DUMPING, kwim?

No.. I was just so horrified it didn't even register. I pulled over a little further down the street and though about going back but I really didn't know what I should do.
Ugh. It was just part of a really bad day today!
